I recently came across Cactus Warriors, and I’m really impressed by its unique concept and gameplay. I wanted to ask a couple of questions to better understand your vision and the inspiration behind the game:
What inspired you to create Cactus Warriors? Was there a specific idea, theme, or gameplay mechanic that influenced its development?
Are there any aspects of Cactus Warriors that you’re particularly proud of? What do you think makes it stand out in the action or strategy genre?
Thanks so much for taking the time to read this. I’d love to hear more about your creative process and the journey behind the game!

Hi Jamiu im glad you enjoyed the game,
I wanted to build a game with a fun and simple mouse click attack mechanic.
I was inspired by the idea of having vicious plant like enemies chase you around. So i decided to add that in the game.
And coz cactus exist in the desert I decided to have a wild wild west theme for the game.
I'm most proud of the way the cactus enemies look somewhat human. I love the way that turned out.
I think it stands out as it is not a very serious theme like other action games and also the controls are very simple.
Lemme know if you have other questions
How many levels does it have? Have you considered building for Linux?
Hi,
currently it under development and has only 1 long level. I'm working on launching it cross platform.
